Management team tends to do more micromanaging than trying to create a better work environment. As the industry changes so should the management style. A typical day at work consisted of getting equipment for the day, which wouldn't matter, because jobs got tossed around, requiring different equipment. The most enjoyable part of the job, was working with some of the people there, knowing that if you needed help or if they needed help, someone was always there to help.

The hours were long, but the pay was worth it. I felt as long as I put in the effort to learn, the more money I could make. The employees were great too! All of my Leads were ready and willing to help whenever I got stuck or needed a helping hand. Definitely recommend this place of work.
