The only thing I have that even resembles these are a file called "boot" and a file called "boot. No folders at all. My initial thought was to just do a backup, and wipe the drives, then restore the backup.
But if I do that, I won't have any bootmgr at all, and then I will be in a mess. So, is there another way to make the logical partition into my primary without buying software? And is there any explanation of why I don't have the files I am supposed to have? I am coming from Mac, so this is all very new to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This thread is locked.
